My God folks. I just met a man who is one heck of a cook. What he cooked in the smoker was really good. His arrogance however left quite a lot to desire,I will not be returning and only hope he continues to go broke and can't pay his rent. He was and is a real SOB .

I make no claims to be the best or greatest,I only offer a consistent good product and good service. If I ever step out of line, please feel free to pull me back in. No, thank God he is not on island, just a local A hole here in Albuquerque. It was so upsetting I had to laugh all the way home. To all of those who offered help or advice while I was on St Croix,THANK YOU. You are the ones I will try to follow.

Say what you mean and mean what you say. Life as I live it. ABOVE THE CLIFF,soon come. See you all not soon enough.

I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand. Was this person an owner of a restaurant and arrogant to his customers? Doesn't he know that arrogance will lead to disaster for his business? It's really nice to see someone offer good food and excellent service to the future customers of his upcoming restaurant. All the very best to yo, Mr. C.

Thank you Swans. Yes he is an off island owner here in Albuquerque,NM. I guess the reason I posted this is the fact that it really bothered me how someone in the hospitality business could be so damn rude. It's no skin off of my back but I do find it unbelievable someone can be so rude, have an answer for everything and still mess it up. I'M far from perfect, but I do have manners.

You, Mr. C, are going to be VERY successful! Imperfect - as you say you are, sir - I can easily garner a high-quality work ethic and an honest individual that knows how to lead. I hope others will follow. Swans

Thank you Swans. I hope I never disappoint anyone. There will always be a genuine smile for my customers,no matter how busy I am.
Once I have this venture up and running I will always share my info and lessons learned. It's not easy starting but it can and will be done.

Learning as I live. Every day is a new one.

It's dinner time here and I'M getting hungry. There were other things going on last night, that were a lot bigger than me. So it was best to just slip out the door laughing my butt off. My friend called today and said the person was definitely not what he thought. They would have left with me but business had to be finished.

It was nice to hear I was not the only one who had a problem with this CLOWN. See you all soon.
