I've been checking the local radar and satellite imagery and it looks like STT has been pounded most of the day, whereas STX has missed most of it: http://radar.weather.gov/radar.php?rid=jua&product=N0R&overlay=11101111&loop=no

Marty on STT called me to ask how long it would continue to rain on STT (cuz I'm a weather geek)...but I dunno! If you put the first link in loop, it keeps shifting and changing. Looks like there will be a small break in the rain soon, too....Anyone else have a guess how long it will keep up?

SEND IT OVER TO STX. It has looked like rain all day but just started at 3:15 in C'sted.

we had great rain most of the afternoon on st. thomas... at least in the town, north side and west... a little post-carnival rinse!

Someone said we got 4 inches yesterday on STT. Enough that our cisterns were overflowing!! Hubby is washing cars today and I am doing lots of laundry tonight!!

i'll say! t'was a bit gamey after. nice thing in the village was the potable water running thru, did not get as stank as the festival wore on...
