*Hello, I am writing because I am planning to move to St.John in June and I was thinking of modes of transportation, and I was wondering if ATV's are road legal. I have researched this topic online and have had no luck finding any information out. If you could write back to me and let me in on all the legal modes of transportation I would really appreciate it.
Thank you soo much,

Aaron,

Not really.

Your ATV would still have to pass a regular inspection like any other car. If you can pass inspection with it you'll be fine, but I'd assume things like seatbelts, winshield wipers and directionals probably aren't standard on an ATV.

When you go see Henry at the DMV send him my regards! He does all the inspections on STJ.

You would also need headlights, tail lights, brake lights, turn signals, a horn...yeah, you're not going to be able to get it to pass. Buy a bike or a cage.

I know there was one that was licensed to run in St. John. Have not seen in a while.

i have seen it.... in the last 6 months.
i think it has a 'motorcycle' license rather than a car license, so all you would need to apply to is motorcycle rules.

good luck!
