Anyone seen these before?
Just wondering if anyone knows who manufactures these homes? I cant seem to find anything online from the image alone.I saw these by the shore East of St.Croix by the Sea condos.
That does look like them. They have a flat side to them facing North. Thanks nohstx for the link.
I watched these being built. They’re fiberglass panels bolted together, built upon a common cement pad. No cistern. No water collection system. WAPA powered. Very small windows for any ventilation. Looks to me like another outer shell still needs to be added (ran out of funds?). They don’t look very Hurricane worthy to me. The opposite side (front?) of the one closest in the photo, has a crude tile facing on it. Someone with a little dog is living in that one.
Looks hot and tiny, and really out of place on that oceanfront parcel.
No Cistern? How about septic?? How would anyone live in these without water and septic?? Would DPNR give them a Certificate of Occupancy?
I spoke briefly with one of the workmen on site a few months ago. He said the owners plan was to build several of them, and rent them all out. As far as I know, there’s still only the two.
Another grand plan that fell apart?
