hello all!
does anyone have their SCUBA gear insured? DAN told us they couldn't insure it if we resided in the USVI... any advice?

If you have renters insurance, which is basically contents insurance it should be covered. Or if you have contents insurance on your home it will be covered. This is not cheap insurance. When we rented we paided about $1300 a year for it when it was about $200 stateside.
I do not think anyone down here is just going to insure scuba gear by itself. Or are you talking about a Warranty?

Who at DAN advised such?? Did they contact you or did you call in and ask???
It's late March now, did you come up with anything?
