Today, I read an archived newsletter from the Virgin Island Charteryacht League and learned that Pamela left the VICL. I met her through this board a couple of years ago. Has anyone seen her post lately, or does anyone know her to know where she is? I get no responses to my emails to her, but that makes sense now that she's not at VICL anymore. Thanks!
By the way, getting to the VI is taking MUCH longer than I had anticipated! But, I have bought the boat that I intend to bring down there. I've gotten as far as Miami for now. 🙂

Pamela posted a few time back in May, maybe early June. Do a search for Pamela, 90 days, and you will find her.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I've been thinking about her lately and knew her husband had been quite ill. I'm glad to read her recent post that all is well, and her hubby is doing much better. She posted her new email. I'll drop her a note now. Thanks again for the suggestion. As "message board" savvy as I am, I'm not sure why I didn't think of searching for a recent post by her. Sometimes, the obvious escapes us all. Thanks for the suggestion.

Dear people,
It is heartwarming to hear from you all. Thank you for all the good wishes and prayers. They are definitely needed and appreciated. Hubby, while better physically, is having some "new" problems and a serious crisis of spirit. He is incredibly down and pretty much housebound. It hurts him to work in the garden and breaks his heart to watch his garden go down hill so fast with out his tender, loving care. And I have a black thumb.
Yes, I left the charter yacht league and am working part time at the old Livada Marina (Pirate'sCove) waiting for some permits to start some exciting renovations with the new owners. Also doing some website work for a few yachts. So, a little of this and a little of that keep the wolf away from the door.
Ang, Paul and Teresa - I promise to email soon. And SailAway - oh your message touched my heart.
