Any Word of Mouth on Regatta Pt. Condos?

Dear Friends:

My question is kind of after-the-fact since I will be closing soon on a condo on STT (hooray!!!). But I wanted to inquire as to whether anyone had any insight into Regatta Point and its surrounding communities.

After looking at about eight or so condo properties, I went with Regatta Point and am pretty pleased (okay . . . okay . . . excruciatingly excited and anxious to close and get down for some R&R) with the impending purchase. What's the word on that area? Good restaurants? Hang outs for dancing, etc.?

Also any recommedations for a good vegetarian or natural/organic foods store on STT?

Thanks all.

Having previously lived in that area, you will find it convenient to town and Frenchtown for nighttime entertainment. Your local hangouts will probably be Mim's and Iggie's at Bolongo. There is a "natural" grocery at Long Bay next to Pueblo, and because of the number Seventh Day Adventists, Rastas and other vegetarians, you will find no shortage of veggie spots. Party on Garth!
