Any Reviews on Seaside so Far?

I just came back to the office with a California Club...absolutely delicious and a monster sandwich.

The store isn't gourmet by any stretch of the imagination. They have good sandwiches, soups and pastries, other than that they appear to me to be a smaller version of plaza, with prices 10-15% higher. For me the convenience of not having to go all the way to Plaza and wait in long lines justifies the extra $5 that you'll have to spend on $25-30 worth of groceries. I am waiting to see if they'll have a greater variety of meat before making it my first choice though.

i think food fair has pretty decent prices on what they have. they do not have the variety of produce, pastries and meat though

Food Fair is revamping their hot and cold fast food section. Look for a larger selection of sandwiches, pizza and bakery items in the near future. Yousef has already knocked a big hole in the wall.
