Any Line Cooks?
Hi,
Is there anyone outthere who might be interested in a line cook position at Mafolie? I have been the Exec Chef here for three weeks now (one day off so far) and I cannot find any decent help.

I would love to help you out. I have been a kitchen manager for 3 years and am looking for a job in the islands. However I am under contract and will not be available untill after April. If you are still looking at that time I would like to hear from you. Jason.

Are you looking for someone on island already? If not, one of the cooks at the place I work may be interested. He was set to move to Hawaii before the job he had lined up fell through (not his fault). I have since been talking to him about joining me when I move.
Even if he won't fit for this position, I would like to put him in touch w/ you. I know he would feel much more comfortable w/ the move if he had a job lined up. He thinks I'm a little crazy for moving w/o one.
We work at a high end/ moderate to high volume restaurant in St. Louis. It's a great place that turns out great food and he's a big part of the reason along w/ all the back of the house boys we have.
