I'm looking for Steve, aka Fester, as he had a shaved head the last time I saw him and that was a year ago...
He might still be moored or anchored at Salt River...He works for Hovensa I think...or around it.

Tell him that the girl who's number he asked for in an East Side restaurant, but was too drunk to wait to get, is still wondering about him...
