Recently, when All America Direct went down, we began getting the networks through San Juan. There is a strange problem with the sound on NBC Dish that I wonder if anyone else is having??
For example, on Brian Williams Nightly News the volume has to be turned up to full blast to hear the news. But when the sign on music begins the show and ads come on, the sound is so loud it has to be muted. All other channels are normal. Does anyone else have this irritating issue and who can fix it, NBC or DISH?

Yes, it's an ongoing problem. The worst for me is a sudden "crackling and popping" of sound when the "drama" background music swells. Between that and now the time glitch it's a really crappy feed ...

NBC is NOT a PR station. It's from STT. The problem is with that one station. Not Dish.....

I get it when I look at Law and Order, Special Victims. To eliminate it I turn the balance all the way to the left. Their balance is off. Hope they fix the time situation as I am seeing Chicago PD when I look at what says Law and Order?

Sky, it's out of Puerto Rico. Caribbean Broadcasting Network owns and operates six television stations in Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. They broadcast from there. It was explained to me, when I signed up for it, they were in PR. I will investigate further.

It seems like they fixed the time issue on the schedule for NBC. Everything looked normal last night on NBC.

On my Dish guide both VI and PR CBS shows were listed at the same time.
