I have found several properties that seem to be very reasonable in Anna's Retreat, STT, and was hoping to get some opinions on the neighborhood. Thank you

One more thing....what part of the island is Anna's Retreat? Thank you

Sort of on the NE part of the island. There are good & not so good areas there, like most of STT.
