Just putting it out there. I also heard rent and WAPA hasn't been paid in 4 months. Which would coincide with the opening of the gym. Under new ownership.

So Geoff Paradise and Anthony Mellone are both in embezzlement cohorts?

And you wonder why off-island people are held suspect for the first 20 years or so? While not everyone who moves here is sleezy, there are just enough to dampen the reception for the rest of us...

It's just a shame the way these 2 companies did business. They didn't have the common decency to inform their membership that they were going to close up shop and disappear.

Just for the record Geoff and Tina Paradise should be in jail. These two people are lower then whale shit. Several years ago they stole my house and my all new furniture while I was off Island. The third party to this scam was another gal from Texas by the name of Carol Garland. This is a very long story anyone who would like more info on this just let me know. It cost me over ten thousand dollars for a lawyer and a private det. I Findley got them out of my house with help of the police and others. I never did get my furniture back and all the other things they stole from me. I understand that paradise was in jail in Texas's. These are real low life people. The STT Police were well aware of this guy it was only a matter of time until he was run off island. Of course I pressed charges when they caught up with Garland in Miami Fla. Our atty Gen at the time didn't want to spend the money to bring her back here to stand trial. I lost track of Paradise until I heard about his Gym Scam I new it was coming. my lawyer and had talked about it. A guy like this will continue to do these things to people until he and his wife who is a phony whine up in JAIL... Just Remember These two...you will hear more about Geoff And Tina Paradise.........

I guess no one ever caught up with Joff and Tina Paradise. The gym at Nisky closed and remains that way. I never went back to Nisky after Paradise left. I joined Paradise Gate and still work out there...

Maybe karma will get them & the rest of the scam artists who swoop in to rip off people.

OK, the WAPA thing, but what about the back rent on Nisky Center is over 110K?
Unless Niel wiess is slipping(even @ 80, I doubt it!), I don`t think that will go away anytime soon (I`m suprised he let it go that high).

It's very difficult to ever get any kind of renters out down here. So they stay there while the rent keeps piling up.
