I placed an order on the 12th, standard shipping. Order history says it will ship today, to arrive 31st. I've noticed the random stuff does take longer to make it out the door. On the other hand the subscription stuff (dog and cat food) is always exactly when I expect it. The packaging, on occasion, does look a little rough but the contents are always in good shape.
