We lost power in the middle of the night, and when I woke up this morning every cable box in the house says 5:00 and isn't working. Anyone else having this problem? Do I really have to take all the boxes in and deal with these people for the fourth time?!

Seriously tho. I doubt all your boxes went bad at once. Probably signal related.
Try bypassing the box and hook the cable into the TV. See what you get on the lower channels.

Thank happened to us last week. The signal has been interrupted. When I called Innovative they checked in my area and told me there was an outage and the box itself ws ok. A few hours later the boxes corrected themselves.

Oh, that's good news. The thought of dragging them all back in was depressing. 🙂

Mine defaults to 5:00 pm everytime the power out and/or cable goes out. It actually corrects itself once the cable comes back on.
