No. They have not found anything. USCG, STJ and STT Search and Rescue were all out looking.

Wow, this sucks. I hope people are alright. Side note, 15 minutes ago I saw someone jump out of an airplane. Skydiving is on STX.

I have a glimpse of the general area from where I live but haven't seen any unusual activity in the area and none of my friends who live out there on the Peterborg peninsula heard anything or have seen anything going on.
Interesting that the information comes from a BVI news network ...

I was told "There was a go fast boat out there with passengers who had government radios but did not identify themselves as police. "

I heard that someone saw a plane flying low out there. They presumed it went down. I wouldn't doubt it was a drop for drugs and the plane flew away low down. Also from where the person was in Hull Bay they could not see if it ascended again. Guess they can chalk it up to experience as a drill.

I heard it was probably a drug drop as well after having S&R see the go fast boat. Too bad they couldn't catch them.
They still had to go out to look whether it was a downed plane or not.
