Affordable Accommodations in St. John

Hi Prince!
My husband and I are moving to St. John in August! Your guest house is lovely, but unfortunately, we'll need an apartment. Since you own a business on St. John, do you know of people who own rental property? And if so, how I could get in contact with them? Hi Amanda,

St. John has a major sortage of long term rentals. But this is the best time to shop for an apartment because it is slow season. The most affordable apartments are not listed with realters, the go via word-of-mouth. I don't know of any because I'm not in the market for one. However, if you have a friend living here, ask him/her to go in Connections (a business that has a board for posting classified ads) to see of available apartments. Otherwise, call them directly (when there not busy) to see if the would be so kind as to tell you what is posted under the "Housing" section. The phone # for Connections is below.
