accomodation for dogs

You will need to find a private apartment and not any of the condos as most do not allow dogs. Many owners do not allow dogs, And if they do you will need to give an extra pet deposit of generally one month.

We may have a one bedroom available in the November to December time frame. But not sure if the current tenant will re sign their lease.

You will need to rent a car to transport the dogs. But you should have a job before you come down or o a PMV.

Bill

Thanks, Bill.

I will get back to you on that one bedroom when it's closer to moving time.

You suggested I should have a job before I come down, but I've heard pretty much a job is much easier to come by when I'm actually there... plus, i've been looking for jobs on craigslist...not much advertised for healthcare services. (I'm a physician assistant, my husband is pretty much more flexible than me, he'll work any types of jobs preferably boat/sailing-related).
Any advice?

Josie

Thank you for all your help and advice.

We are re-thinking our move... we might do what you guys are saying and come down first to get everything ready than move the dogs. It won't be cheaper, but now I think it is better that way.
