No 5% discount for early payments as has been forthcoming in the past.
Governor Mapp must need to pay his Ritz Carlton Bill.

So when will we start hearing that they are not getting early payments as they usually did, and are short of cash?
I for one will not pay my bills until September since I will not get the discount for paying early.

Smart move. And it allows you to earn a little more interest between now and then. And they may even offer an amnesty discount as they come due!
