Crime Stoppers is offering a $2,000 cash reward to anyone with information leading to the apprehension and/or arrest of the individuals responsible for the May 13, 2010 burglary and subsequent arson of the Virgin Islands Lottery on St. Thomas. The individuals were captured in a surveillance video as they carried out the alleged crime, which occurred between the hours of 5:30 and 6:00 a.m. at the lottery offices located at 78-79 Kronprindsens Gade, Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas.
