My daughter-in-law just started a beginner yoga class with Carlisle at Re Nu Atum - 5 corners on STX. The class is on Thursday morning at 9am. I am not in any way involved except that I'd like to see her have enough people so the class will continue. 718-2440.

Too bad it's during the day! I used to do the Kalimah yoga b/c it was after work. Maybe she can do an evening or weekend class soon.

Do I need to call ahead to come to the class or just show up?

If you want to come tomorrow, I would just come ahead. I feel sure she would take you. Wear comfortable clothes, claudia wears sweats and a t-shirt.
