Any information about local playgroups/MOPS for toddlers would be greatly appreciated. I think Home Depot has an activity on Saturdays? But that has been all I can find so far. Checked FB too, nothing. Trying to plan for the long summer. 5yo and 3yo in tow both new to the island. Thank you.

There is a playground in Dorothea locally known as the Tot Lot. There is also the water park by the airport which is open on weekends. Some of the moms are in a "beach gals" group.. My wife started working so she hasn't been participating.

The public library has a STORYTIME during the summer and probably during the school year. It seems like a popular activity for the little ones and their parents...

I have heard of a big toddler group on facebook.....I think it was something like "tots on the rock"???? not sure of the name, but they meet for activities and exchange items as kids outgrow, etc. I heard that it was an active group and think they do family night on Monday evenings. Maybe somebody can provide the exact link.
