Need help for choosing the right packers and movers!!!!!
Hi there,
I'm a Structural engineer working for an MNC headquartered in Phoenix. I'm assigned with a new project which is in Vancouver. As I'm a structural engineer I can't avoid site visits and site mapping. I'm currently living in Arizona with my family and planning to shift to Vancouver as soon as possible. I have a lot of stuff including my bicycle, some delicate things, and furniture. I can't manage the whole shifting process alone. So I decided to hand over the whole process to relocation or moving services. However, I'm confused to choose the right movers (as I'm afraid about the safety), and also this pandemic situation makes me worry. Has anyone shifted their house during this Covid situation? If so, what are the preventive measures we should take before and after the relocation process?

You are on the wrong page. This page is mostly for information for moving to and from the US Virgin Islands.
Forming your LLC in Indiana might be advantageous if you plan to spend a significant amount of time there, as it could simplify your tax filings and business management in a state where you have a physical presence. Indiana generally has lower administrative costs and a business-friendly environment.
Regarding tax implications, you'll need to address obligations in both Indiana and the USVI. Indiana will likely require you to file state taxes and pay any applicable fees, while the USVI has its own tax system, so you might need to file taxes there as well. It’s a good idea to consult with a tax advisor familiar with both jurisdictions to ensure compliance and optimize your tax strategy.
For the USVI, you’ll also need to register your business with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) if you’re operating there. This registration is crucial for handling local taxes and ensuring you follow the appropriate legal procedures.
If you’re considering leveraging platforms like AroundWire for your independent contracting work, focusing on jobs in moving companies could be a strategic move. It might offer additional opportunities and networking within your field, especially as you navigate your dual-location setup.
