Letters to Santa St. Thomas
"Ever since Hurricanes Irma and Maria devastated the U.S. Virgin Islands in 2017, Santa setup shop in St. Thomas to remind residents what they had to be grateful for, even when life turns upside down. As more hardship has hit the USVI due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Santa thought it was even more important to distribute his special Letters to Santa Mailboxes so that children and adults can write to him.
This year, Santa has placed his special mailboxes at six convenient elf-friendly locations. Although you may never see the elves, they will be working tirelessly to make sure Santa receives your letters. Drop your Letter to Santa in the special mailbox located at the following establishments no later than December 10th;
-Chelsea Drugstore
-Chicken ‘n’ Bowling
-Lattes in Paradise
-Scoops & Brew
-The Virgin Islands Children’s Museum
-Tutu Park Mall (VIYA kiosk)
In 2017, Santa received 35 letters, however last year, Santa responded to about 250 letters. Santa hopes to establish mailbox locations in St. John and St. Croix next year. But in the meantime, you can also email your letter to Santa! If there is not a Letter to Santa mailbox near you, have your parents take a photo of your letter and email it to Santa at Santa@ontherocks.life. Remember to submit your letter by December 10th because Santa is really busy and needs time to write you back."
what a great thing
