Well, there's no shortage of stuff to do to meet people! But this is as good a way as any, I s'pose! How old are you and what part of the island do you live on? What do you do for work? What do you like to do in your off time? Where are ya from? Do you want to become involved in some community stuff, like Humane Society, Dada-Wine Down (artsy stuff), the Chili Cook-Off, the Library, Coral World, etc. Do you like to go boating? Snorkel? SCUBA? Do you like to ride motorcycles? My M/C club is having a ride over on STJ this Sunday, with some bikes coming from STX, so it should be a good ride...since your name is Cosmogirl, I assume you are female? If you'd like, you could join us and ride on the back of mine and you'll meet lots of people...or, if ya know how to ride, you d=could drive my Honda Rebel 250...most 'biker clubs' make people think of Hells Angels and stuff...Carib Riders M/C ( http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=439109903) is nothing like that...we are just a bunch of folks that love our Harleys and love to ride 'em...and we like to do good for our community, too...most of us have some gray in our beards...SOME!
